All items sold from this website carry a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, power surges, physical damage, or any other non-recommended procedures. Once your equipment becomes defective, we advise that you give us a call immediately at (916) 572-3379. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the defective item will be immediately given to the customer. The returned item will then be forwarded to our Testing Department for testing and quality control. If the returned item gets a "FAILED" rating, then no further action will be required. However, if the returned item gets a "PASSED" rating, then the cost of replacement will be charged to the buyer which includes a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
